The school year ended with Cade graduating from Little Gym and getting a gold medal! He was so proud.
We spent Mother's Day weekend in Houston. We enjoyed seeing many friends. And we were blessed to become Godparents to Victoria De Lisi. Aryn and PJ De Lisi are two of my best friends from high school. I can't explain how special it was to be asked to be a part of Victoria's family forever. We also were able to see my mom's side of the family and Claire finally met Papa Glen and Grandma Karen. It was a busy, but awesome weekend. And I had the best Mother's Day ever with my family and my high school best friend Aryn at the Kemah Boardwalk!
We spent Memorial Day Weekend visiting the Langford / Bray clan in McKinney and Oklahoma.
The visit was fantastic!
My younger sister-in-law, Mandy, and her husband, Adam, recently bought a home. It's in McKinney- north of Dallas. Their home is fantastic! Gorgeous neighborhood and beautiful home. I am so happy for them! God loves this couple! Cade and Claire both loved visiting their home. Claire showed us that she is a wine girl and Cade proved to us that he truly is a ladies man, he loves to vacuum!
Then we headed North to Oklahoma. The trip was long, Texas is just big! But it was so worth it!!!! We stayed with Meme and Papa Thad. Cade rode Uncle Tom's tractor and Claire cuddled with all the family. We enjoyed sporting our red-white-and blue on Memorial Day in honor of the American soldiers!
I have to say- Cade, Claire, and I sure hit the jackpot when we got placed into this family! God is GOOD! We love the Langfords and Brays!
This summer is going to be busy. Cade is in swimming lessons all of June and he starts gymnastics weekly as well. Claire's plans are to lounge in the pool and stay cool!
We will be heading to Schlitterbahn next weekend, friends visit at the end of June, Vegas July 4th, San Fransisco mid July! If you need us- we will be on a plane, in a hotel, or by a pool! XOXO
